Grape variety: Barbera, Dolcetto.
Area of production: Monferrato.
Vinification: Crushing and destemming; fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C; maceration on the skins for 8 days, with daily pumping of the must over the cap.
Refining: Aged in French oak casks.
Cellar life: 5 years.

Robust, productive, deep red color, is the most widespread grape variety in Piedmont, both for surface and for the territory.
Native vine of lower Piedmont, it takes the name from the sweetness of the fruit, but turns into a dry wine, usually fresh and easy to drink.
